Vanilla Cupcakes
These Moist Vanilla Cupcakes are super easy to make and so moist – for days! They are our new favorite vanilla cupcake! Get best results with ISE Premium eggs.
Ingredients
- All purpose flour
- ISE Premium Eggs at room temperature
- Baking powder
- Milk (full fat)
- Sugar
- Oil
- Vanilla extract
Method
- Whip the eggs and sugar until thick and glossy.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Melt butter and mix it with boiled milk.
- Mix the batter into hot milk.
- Slowly pour milk mixture into whipped eggs.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter.
- Bake for 22 minutes and let them cool for another 5 minutes.
- Enjoy the delicious cupcakes.
