Cherry Cake
This rich butter cake is studded with fresh cherries and kissed with almond extract, which makes it the perfect snack cake for dessert or breakfast! Use ISE Premium eggs for best experience.
Ingredients
- 230ml vegetable oil
- 100g natural yogurt
- 4 large ISE Premium eggs
- 265g self-raising flour
- 335g white sugar
Method
- Whip the egg whites
- Add 1 cup white sugar, mix in flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Top with whipped cream and cherries．
